Return & Exchange Policy


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want all our shoppers to be happy with every purchase made with us. In the case that you decide you would like to return an order, the following conditions apply:

  • We do not accept returns from any school location – all returns must be sent to the address listed below
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • All returns must be unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging with all original tags attached. We cannot accept Returns that are not in the original packaging
  • We do not offer free returns - you are responsible for the shipping costs and for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit

    Non-Refundable items:

    • All hats, hair accessories, scarves and key rings
    • Sale items – all discounted items are final sale
    • Shipping charges

    Fill in and follow the instructions on the Returns and Exchange form provided with each order – the form must be included to confirm a return and enclosed in a secure shipping bag. Ensure there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package

    EXCHANGES

    We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or you have ordered the incorrect size. Before sending back an order for an exchange please email our Customer Service team at store@email.hult.edu

    PROCESSING & PAYMENT OF RETURNS

    Once we have received your return, we aim to process your refund within 10 days.

    • Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment only
    • The time it takes for a refund to be cleared is dependent on your bank/payment method
    • You will receive a refund confirmation email once the order has been refunded

    FAULTY ITEMS

    We are committed to offering you the best quality products. In the unlikely event of there being any fault with your purchase we will be happy to replace your goods or offer you a refund. Please send your faulty item to our returns address and we endeavor to resolve the issue promptly

    SALE ITEMS

    Only full price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    SHIPPING RETURNED ITEMS

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we are unable to refund or exchange if we do not receive the returned item.
