FAQ


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Orders must be placed before 12 noon GMT Monday - Friday to be processed on the same day. Your order will be shipped via a Standard Service of delivery.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on destination, for a guideline of how long it will take to ship to your country please refer to our delivery information

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to over 30 countries, please refer to our delivery information for a list of all the countries we ship to

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a link to your tracking number

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within an hour of placing your order by emailing store@email.hult.edu  

If we have already processed your order unfortunately we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

WHY IS MY CARD DECLINING?

In most instances the best course of action if your card declines is to double check all details being entered and if the problem persists we advise contacting your bank or building society. Commonly the below may apply:

  1. Check that your billing address matches with the bank card being used
  2. You have sufficient funds in your bank account
  3. Your card has not expired

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Email store@email.hult.edu within 7 days of receiving your order detailing the problem. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please follow the returns process

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

Please follow the instructions provided on Returns and Exchange form included with every package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please refer to the returns policy to ensure that your items are eligible for return. 

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS - WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We are unable to complete part orders currently. On the rare occasion that one or more items in your order is out of stock, your order will be cancelled and the total value will be automatically refunded and you will be notified by email. A new order will need to be placed.
